Annetta Hogan, MFT-I  Currently employed as a Marriage and Family Therapist-Intern. My professional internship experience is as follows: Use of systems theory in performing therapy services to individuals, families, groups, and couples, in therapy every week. Provides individual and couples therapy to adults suffering from a variety of mental health disorders. Completes psychosocial assessments, assessed mental health functioning, and diagnosed mental health disorders. Collaborate with clients to develop treatment plans that show agreed-upon goals. Provide evidence-based interventions to assist clients in meeting their goals. Communicate with the client's psychiatric providers, parole/probation officers, DFS workers, attorneys, and support staff. Maintains progress notes for all clients to ensure proper documentation of session content and interventions. During my practicum at Canyon Ridge Christian Church from November 2012 until September 2013, I worked with individuals and couples to provide Christian counseling and psychoeducation to improve mental health and relationships.
